- Can program providers require participants to complete financial budgets and goal plans?
- Suppose it is clear that a potential program participant will not sustain after financial assistance has ended. Can a provider deny services or ask the participant to find a more affordable unit?
- In instances where program participants have a high income but have failed to pay rent while spending irresponsibly, can providers request bank statements and inquire about spending habits?
- In cases where it is determined that the program participant has the financial ability to contribute towards their security deposit and/or rent payments, can RRH providers require the participant to contribute?
