Each HMIS Partner Agency & End User must sign the respective agreements, and update as necessary, in order to access the MD BoS HMIS.
And as stated in the HMIS Policies and Procedures Manual, “Executive Leadership at each Partner Agency must select at least one HMIS End User to act as the designated Partner Agency HMIS Point-of-Contact (PoC).”
