Each HMIS Partner Agency must sign/submit required HMIS agreements, and update as necessary, in order to access the MD BoS HMIS.
And as stated in the HMIS Policies and Procedures Manual, “Executive Leadership at each Partner Agency must select at least one HMIS End User to act as the designated Partner Agency HMIS Point-of-Contact (PoC).”
HMIS End User Agreements are provided individually as New HMIS End User &/or Annual Privacy/Security trainings are completed.
