MD BoS HMIS Data Quality Plan

Purpose

The attached HMIS Data Quality Plan (DQP) has been developed to provide actionable, measurable steps to address data quality (DQ) within the MD BoS CoC Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and data provided by Partner Agency Non-HMIS Participating projects using an HMIS Comparable Database.

    • Bed Utilization
    • System Coverage
  • Timeliness
  • Accuracy
  • Consistency
• Details how data quality for each data component is evaluated in the 'Monitoring' section
• Data Quality Benchmark Chart (see below) showing the maximum % of DQ errors allowed by Project Type
